I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your company for sending out the technician on Friday to resolve our issue. I forgot his name but he was wonderful. With no hesitation, I can confirm that he is the best installer/technician that has ever been out to this property and was very knowledgeable and genuinely seemed eager to help us to resolve our issue. Thank you very much for taking care of this matter as quickly as you did.

Jason and Jeremy did a nice job on installing our lanai. They really worked hard and were very pleasant the whole time they were on property. The lanai really does look great.

I wanted to take a second to thank you and everyone at Liberty for the amazing job you guys did on my pool fence. Everyone was top notch from beginning to the end. JD, Wayne, and Lee took great care of me from the beginning to the end. Johnny did an awesome job with the layout, and was attentive to all my needs and concerns and made sure everything was perfect. Tony is a super friendly, easy going, knowledgeable, all around good guy to work with. You have a great team! The fence came out beautifully (see attached picture), it was exactly what we needed and wanted. I feel bad that I was so far away from you guys, but I am very happy that Liberty was able to do this for me. I would not have felt comfortable with any other company doing this job for me. Thank you for doing this job for me, I know how busy you guys are, it is much appreciated!

Wow! Our screen enclosure is awesome. Thank you for sending your “A Team” out for installation; and, thank you for squeezing us into your fabrication and installation schedule given our weather delay. John Q was especially helpful with keeping me informed of your schedule when I was out of town on business.

We love our new cage – it is absolutely amazing! We have had many many complements on it from friends and even golfers going by – was a huge improvement to our house. We cannot say enough good things about your team! Want to compliment the installer who did our screened in entry. He was polite, cleaned up after work so well couldn’t tell he had been there. A great asset to your company. I asked him about pay and he said he was “sure” some body would send me a bill. I would mail a check today if I knew the amount of the bill that generates a sales tax. So I will just wait for bill either via email or snail mail. The door looks great and am really glad to have picked the wider version. Thanks for your effort in this small project.

The four-man crew that has been working out in twin Eagles this past week is great. Clean,thorough,no issues. Very glad to have you/them on our team. Keep up the great work!

I wanted to let you know that we passed all our final inspections today. Thank you to everyone at Liberty Aluminum for all their efforts to make this project a success.

Just wanted to write and let you know a few things. I know I was probably a pain in the butt, and I apologize, we were just nervous about a product we really have never seen. It came out fantastic. If you ever need to use it to show folks for future jobs, please don’t hesitate. We are more than happy with the end product. Bigger than that, the comment my wife said to me yesterday, that I wanted to pass on is how extremely nice and polite your crew was. I was not able to be there during the install, but she told me that the crew or crews that did the install were amazing and very nice. That means a ton and I wanted to pass this on to you all.
