 Liberty Aluminum Co. has been an industry leader in aluminum covered parking structures since their inception over 15 years ago.
The design of using mechanically assembled structural columns and beams with roll formed aluminum riser pans has proven a great value over the years. Upgrading the roof to use structural insulated panels provides additional benefits of increased structural integrity with noise and heat reduction. Upgrading the columns also provides additional structural integrity while providing a whole different appearance. Additionally, storage units can be readily incorporated into the designs. They can be constructed using aluminum components, conventional framing or concrete block and stucco.
Extruded Aluminum Covers provide the most durable system in parking and walkway covers. Columns and Beams are welded together in bents that are then transported to the project and erected. The extruded roof pans and caps are a minimum of 0.080” thick, which is almost 300% thicker than the roll formed panel. The beams and columns provide for internal drainage which gives the system that classic sleek appearance.
Site specific engineering is provided by our sister company, United Engineering Services Corp. and each project includes detailed engineering, signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer registered in the state of Florida.
